Terms of Service
Anvilus is operated by Georgios Loukovitis, Athens, Greece. These Terms govern your use of the Service.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using Anvilus (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to harm others, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer our systems, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
4. Your content
You own the content you create on Anvilus (journal entries, chat messages, goals, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.
5. AI and coaching
Anvilus uses large language models to summarize, suggest, and coach. The AI is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Don't rely on it for decisions that warrant a professional. We don't guarantee the accuracy of generated content. Using AI features sends the relevant content to our model provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions, trials, and renewals
Anvilus Premium is offered as a monthly plan at $9.99 per month or an annual plan at $79.99 per year, each starting with a 7-day free trial. Prices are charged in your local currency at the rate shown at purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google account, or payment card at confirmation of purchase, and again at the start of each renewal period. Your subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time: on iOS, in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play Store; on the web, through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not refund the period already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Refunds for mobile subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we can't issue them directly. For web subscriptions we handle good-faith refund requests case by case. We may change prices with notice; changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your content is permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
10. Changes
We'll post material changes to these Terms on this page and notify you when reasonable. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
