Email anvilus.io@gmail.com and a human will read it. We aim to reply within two business days. Anvilus is run by a small team, so including your account email and what you were doing when something went wrong saves a round trip.
Reset your password
Use the password reset link on the login page. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Export your data
Go to Settings → Data & backup and choose which areas to include. You'll get a JSON file containing your conversations, entries, goals, habits, logs, and health data. You can do this at any time, for any reason, without asking us.
Delete your account
Go to Account → Delete account. This is permanent: all your content is removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered. Export first if you want to keep a copy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately, as below.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Anvilus Premium.
- Android — Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
- Web — the billing portal linked from your account page.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds for App Store and Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies — we can't issue those directly, but we're happy to help you find the right form.
Restore a purchase
If you've paid but don't see Premium — after reinstalling or switching devices — open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the account email and approximate purchase date.
Report a bug or request a feature
Email us. For bugs, tell us what you expected, what happened, and roughly when — that's usually enough for us to find it in the logs. Screenshots help.
